Top Self Awareness

Top Self Awareness is when you understand that we are a part of a whole. When we know this, we open ourselves up to the whole and be truly contented. We can live with peace and harmony, with ourselves, and others.

Our souls are like one big engine, one big personal power source. We are conscious, but not in a material way. We can choose to be much more awake and conscious than we presently are.

With the practice of guided meditation, we begin to have awareness, top self awareness. With top self awareness, we will feel fully alive.

What does this mean? It means we are fully aware of our bodies, mind, and spirit. This is not physical awareness, but awareness of the way we function when we are connected to all things. How often have you said, “I feel full “my body feels alive “my spirit feels connected.”

How To Practice Guided Meditation

By practicing guided meditation, we practice top self awareness. To be totally present, we must be aware of all our bodies, minds, spirits, emotions, and experiences.

There are many ways we can practice top self awareness. One way is guided meditation. In guided meditation, we learn to connect to the subtle energies of the universe.

When we practice guided meditation, we have to consider what it means to reach top self-awareness. Sometimes this means we reach the highest place in meditation. Often we reach a spiritual level where we know we are in God’s presence.

We need to take our attention to the bottom place of the lower consciousness, the spiritual, the divine, the inner, the real, the divine. When we do this, we often leave the old ego behind.

Spiritual beings are no different from us, except they are not ego-driven. They are kind, loving, gracious, and open. When we are humble, we are not in the state of being overwhelmed by arrogance.

Sometimes we can reach new levels of meditation when we open up to inner states of consciousness. We can enter the inner states, and often we find that we are completely in union with the Divine.

These spiritual states are very beautiful. When we practice guided meditation we often get distracted by the world, the office, our worries, our egos. With practice, we can learn to use the guided meditations to separate ourselves from the world, the world around us, and to be in connection with all things.

The true spiritual state is when we are not in a material world. This is the highest form of self-awareness. We can learn to see the true reality of the world, and ourselves.
