Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MyQuietMind ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and ourMedical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MyQuietMind is a self-help wellness application offering AI-assisted conversations, breathing and meditation exercises, audio guidance, mood journaling, and related features. The Service is not a medical, mental-health, or emergency service. Please read our Medical Disclaimer in full.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or 13+ with verifiable parental or guardian consent where local law permits. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in (Google account) and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Free, Core ($5/mo or $50/yr), and Pro ($10/mo or $90/yr) tiers available.
• Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Cancel anytime in Profile → Manage subscription.
• The 7-day free trial is available once per account. Cancellation during the trial avoids any charge.
• All payments are processed by Stripe under their terms.
• Refunds: charges are generally non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, provide a partial or full refund for technical issues or genuine billing errors. Contact us within 14 days of the charge.
• Referral and trial bonuses (e.g., 30 free days) have no cash value and may be revoked if obtained through abuse or fraud.

You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to circumvent security, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
• Use the Service to provide medical, mental-health, or therapy services to others.

You retain ownership of journal entries and other content you create. By submitting content you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the Service for you.

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate text, audio, and images. Output may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. You use AI-generated content at your own risk and discretion. You are responsible for any image you choose to share publicly.

The Service, including its branding, design, code, and original content, is owned by MyQuietMind and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyQuietMind, its operators, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

In no event will our total liability for any claim exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold MyQuietMind harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for legitimate operational reasons. On termination, your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless local law gives you stronger consumer rights.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
